We are a dedicated volunteer organization serving Santa Clara County by harnessing the power of volunteers to support marginalized communities.

Through partnerships with local city government, businesses, and organizations we provide services and resources that enhance quality of life and foster a more hopeful and positive outlook for those we serve.

We completed 52 Projects in 2025

here are just a few of our highlights:

  • Clothing pantry setup and maintenance for an under-resourced school and community
  • Assisted with safe access to homes for elderly persons with physical limitations.
  • Improved safety, security, and aesthetics for a widow
  • Helped facilitate the relocation for transitional housing and transportation with medical needs of a member of the LGBTQ community
  • Reduced overgrown vegetation to comply with a city code enforcement violation for a senior with limited mobility.
  • Provided diapers and pillows for a local community center aiding African American single mothers. 
  • Provided 500 socks to unhoused Veterans
  • Provided sports equipment to Afghan refugees
  • Provided event support for the annual Tour de Cure fundraising bike ride

Vicki Field

Vicki brings years of volunteer experience to the Impact 365 team and is passionate about inspiring others to serve in their community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

Phil Alne

Phil Alne is a tax attorney and CPA.  Phil lives in the house he was raised in, and graduated SJSU and Santa Clara University.  Phil enjoys volunteering with others in his local community.

Jennifer Laity

Jennifer brings over a decade of experience in volunteer project planning and logistics, combined with her desire to identify and ensure good stewardship of all available resources to the Impact365 board. She is passionate about serving and encouraging our neighbors in need here in Santa Clara County and providing opportunities for others to experience the joy of serving. In her professional life, Jennifer works in preventive medicine, helping individuals optimize their long-term health and wellness, and she spends her spare time enjoying adventures in the great outdoors with friends and family.

Laura Holmbeck

Driven by a lifelong commitment to service, Laura leads with a heart for people and a standard of excellence. She is dedicated to creating lasting community impact through integrity, empathy, and the power of shared joy. When she isn’t building stronger communities, Laura finds her own inspiration in traveling, getting lost in a good book, and making memories with her family and friends.

Derek Field

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Derek Field is a financial analyst who studied at San Jose State University. In his free time, he enjoys giving back to the local community through mentoring and bringing friends and family to volunteering events.

Tricia Mohammadian

Tricia Mohammadian is a home healthcare provider and an Impact board member who enjoys staying active through workouts and shopping.  She is passionate about giving back, serving, and supporting those in need in our community.  I helped build a clothing pantry at a local school serving men, women, children, and babies.

Scott Katric

Scott is a career public servant whose commitment to service extends beyond his professional role. Since beginning his volunteer work in 2012, he has sought out meaningful ways to give back and support organizations that strengthen the community. He was honored to join the Board of Impact-365 and is passionate about helping to advance its mission and expand its impact.

Andrea Key

Andrea Key is a Bay Area native who has been involved in community-building organizations since childhood, instilling a lifelong commitment to service and connection. Through her work in real estate, she helps individuals and families put down roots and build stability—an extension of her dedication to strengthening the community. Andrea is proud to serve on the Impact365 board and is especially motivated to model the importance of giving back for her two young children.
